cannot install additional dictionary in OOo

I tried to install new dict in OOo 2.4 in UbuntuME 8.04 but it always failed since the window wizard seems to be cropped. The picture can be seen here: http://semutputih1.files.wordpress.com/2008/07/newdict.png  

 

The small window that should help the installation step by step seems to be cropped and cannot be maximize, both by clicking or dragging.  

 

Please, some body tell me what to do?
